Change – return – replacement of products
Changes and returns are accepted within 10 calendar days from the date of receipt. The products must be in excellent condition, have not been used or worn, have not had their card removed and must be accompanied by the purchase document (receipt or invoice).
The return of the products can be done with the courier company SPEEDEX, at no charge to the customer. If the customer wishes to send the products with a different company, then the shipping costs are borne by him. In this case the new product will be sent to him free of charge.
Once we receive the product, we send the new one with a shipping cost of 2.99 €. In case of issuing a credit coupon or refund, the shipping costs of the product are borne by the customer.
You have the right to return the products you have purchased from our online store and request their replacement for the following reasons:
1. Incorrect product shipment
In case the order is proven to be executed incorrectly by the company, ie in case of delivery of another product than the one ordered by type or quantity, you have the right to request its replacement with the originally ordered product or with another up to the amount of the paid price or at an additional price if desired.
In this case the costs of returning the original product and shipping the new one are borne by the company.
2. Product manufacturing defect
In case the item is completely or partially damaged during delivery or in case the item is found to be defective you have the right to request its replacement with another product or products up to the amount of the price paid or with an additional price if you wish. The product must be returned within 10 calendar days from the date of receipt and must be accompanied by a retail receipt or purchase invoice. If the period of 10 calendar days has passed from the date of receipt, demsias-shop.gr is entitled not to accept the return and therefore to refuse the replacement.

In this case the costs of returning the original product and sending the new one (s) are borne by the company.
3. Product change
In case you want to change the product you have purchased from our online store you can send us an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 26815 50590, Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 14:00.
You have the right to return a product you have purchased from our online store, exercising the right of withdrawal (only if the product has not been used and its packaging has not been damaged) and to request a refund of the price you have paid or the issuance of a credit coupon of a value corresponding to the price paid and lasting 1 year, within 10 calendar days from the date of receipt.
In this case the cost of returning the product is borne by the customer, who can choose any courier company he wishes. The refund process is launched as soon as we receive the product and as long as it is in excellent condition and completed within 10 working days. Once completed by us we will notify you via email.
Changes of products that have been purchased from our online store can be made directly in any of our physical stores, with products of the current season, always bringing the purchase document.
